Eggplant puree contains no large fibers, skin or seeds and is characterized by a homogeneous consistency. Its taste and aroma give a reference to eggplants that have been heat-treated. The semi-finished product is intended for further use in the food industry. Finished product is packaged and delivered in tin barrels, which have Volume 200 liters.
