Carrot puree

Aseptic carrot puree, with a dry matter content of 8 or 15%, can be used in the production of food for adults and children, as well as Juices and juice drinks. Succulent sweet carrots are used to create the mashed potatoes, which are supplied by farms based in our region. The taste and color of the finished puree does not differ from fresh carrots, the product has a delicate homogeneous consistency.
